A 50-year-old local resident Viktor Bondarenko was detained in Melitopol. He allegedly confessed to blowing up a sewage pumping station in December 2022. After Victor’s detention security forces found out that he was allegedly involved in another explosion: he planted three homemade explosive devices under transmission towers of the Mariupol-Berdyansk power line and blew them up.

ASTRA’s sources say that Viktor is being held in a temporary detention facility in Melitopol.
