Someone blocked new water pipeline from Rostov to “DPR”

On the eve of July 18, as ASTRA found out, an employee of the Military Construction Company reported high pressure at a pumping station near the village of Troitskoye in the Rostov region. It turned out that someone closed the valve on the pipeline near the farm of Edush – which is located 50 meters from the highway.

As a result, the pipeline ruptured. Water supply to the occupied “DPR” via the “Don-Donbass” water pipeline has been stopped.

“Don-Donbass” was built last year to provide water to the occupied cities of the “DPR”.

The day before, local media reported that part of the occupied region was left without water “due to problems with the power supply”, which, in turn, were allegedly caused by abnormal heat.

The day after this information was published by ASTRA on Telegram it was confirmed by the state news agency TASS. However, according to TASS, the water supply to occupied Donetsk and other cities of Donbass was stopped due to a technological failure.
