On August 29, bodies of a woman born in 1996 and a girl born in 2017 were found in Chusovoy, Perm Krai, writes the newspaper Properm.ru . The surname of the victims is the Serebrennikovs. The suspect, judging by the orientation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was 27-year-old Artyom Buchin. Relatives of the victims write that he killed her and her daughter.

Her husband killed her, he recently returned from his job. In 2022, her husband Artyom killed a girl in Chusovoy, he was convicted, he signed a contract, returned home to Ekaterina. After a while, he signed the contract again, got injured and came home. And he killed the girls,” Tatyana Serebryannikova, a relative of the victims, wrote online.

Local media write that Buchin robbed a store in 2018, and in 2022 received 20 years in prison for the rape and murder of 23-year-old nurse Tatyana Rekutina — in August 2022, she disappeared, and a few days later her body was found in the forest with traces of violence. Then the court found Buchin guilty on three counts: “Rape”, “Violent acts of a sexual nature” and “Murder involving rape”. The verdict was announced in February 2023. 

He served his term in penal colony No. 9 in Solikamsk, but, according to the mother of the murdered woman, on August 21, 2023, he signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and left for war, receiving a pardon, and in the autumn of the same year returned to Chusovoy due to injury.
