In the village of Kholmogorovka, Kaliningrad region, a man rammed 11 cars in the courtyard of an apartment building. On the afternoon of February 24, he got behind the wheel of a Ford Mustang and began crashing into parked cars.

According to local residents, the driver was participant in the war with Ukraine.

“He shouted about it himself when they tried to detain him. He said he was on vacation,” an eyewitness told ASTRA.

The footage shows how angry neighbors stopped the intruder and dragged him out of the car. Later, the military traffic police came for the violator.
