On the night of May 22, during a UAV attack on the Tula region, one of the operating workshops of NПO Splav, a manufacturer of MLRs, aircraft rockets, heavy flamethrower systems and ammunition belonging to Rostec company, was hit.
According to ASTRA’s sources in the region’s emergency services, the workshop caught fire after the drone debris fell. There fire also started at an electrical substation.
Three days ago, Putin awarded 4 employees of Splav the Marshal Zhukov Prize of 2025 in the field of creating weapons and military equipment.
The plant has already been attacked on the night of May 7th. Residents reported smoke in the area of Shcheglovskaya Zaseka street. Also JSC Instrument Engineering Design Bureau, which develops precision guided weapons, is located about a kilometer away on this street.
