He was found guilty of illegal acquisition and possession of drugs. It is known that the military kept 17 grams of marijuana and 4 grams of hashish in his underpants.

As a mitigating circumstance, the court recognized the fact that Lovushkin fought in Ukraine.

Earlier, ASTRA told about the investigation of drug trafficking, fuel and weapons in the 132nd Gorlovka brigade, which was conducted by Deputy Political Officer Kirill Demin. After that, he was tortured, demoted and thrown into an assault squad, from where he had to flee. Before being detained by the military police, Demin managed to hand over an archive with evidence: three hours of audio and video recordings and two dozen pages of documents. Among the materials provided by Demin, there are secretly recorded conversations with commanders, an interrogation of a participant in a fuel sale scheme, and even a real test purchase from a soldier’s drug dealer in Gorlovka.
