JSC Radiozavod in Penza hit by at least 2 drones

Since the morning attack on Penza and the area on July, 31, ASTRA has established that the drones attacked JSC Radiozavod in Penza, which is located at Baydukova Passage, 1.

The company occupies an entire block bounded by Baydukov and Litvinov streets. On the second side, the factory has a checkpoint — a screenshot of it from online maps is attached. Opposite is a construction goods store with black and yellow buildings — they can be seen on the video. The metal hangar are visible on the territory behind the hardware store. The tower is visible in the background, and the panoramic image of Penza shows blue-roofed hangars on the territory of Radiozavod, which are also visible on satellite images — not far from the entrance from Litvinova Street.

In the video, the drone attacks the territory of the enterprise when smoke is already visible there. That is, there was at least one blow before that.

The Ukrainian OSINT project CyberBoroshno also confirms at least two hits on JSC Radiozavod.

JSC Radiozavod is one of the leading enterprises of the Russian radioelectronic industry, which manufactures equipment for modern mobile automated control systems for troops and weapons. For example, mobile control points such as PU-12 M6, PU-12 M7, mobile posts for automated radar information processing PORI-P1M, PORI-P2VM and MP-32M1. Some of them are used, among other things, to control drones that correct artillery fire and direct missile strikes.
