Currently, by agreement between the Ukrainian and Russian sides, the evacuation of local residents to Ukraine and Russia is underway, as well as the distribution of humanitarian aid. Russian Ombudsman Yana Lantratova reported that 25 buses with a total capacity of at least 750 people have been prepared for the evacuation. Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky stated that he was mistaken when he stated in the Verkhovna Rada that the number of residents of Russian-occupied Oleshky willing to be evacuated to Ukraine was 527.

The ceasefire in the city has now lasted 80 hours, according to Ukrainian ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets. These conditions must be observed until 10:59 PM on November 1.
“We are completing our humanitarian mission in Oleshky.” Lantratova reported that buses carrying evacuated residents are already in Armyansk in annexed Crimea.
Z-war correspondent Romanov claims that 17 buses are transporting residents to Ukraine and 4 to Russia.
“We are completing our humanitarian mission in Oleshky. We are now in Armyansk and are settling into columns. The column of those leaving for Ukraine is heading there. The column of those traveling to the Russian Federation is heading to the Russian Federation. We are now escorting people to temporary accommodation centers. Everything went without incident. Both sides noted the high level of organization. Thank you to our military, who made this possible. A huge column, 25 buses, nine ambulances, buses for people with disabilities. Everything was accomplished. I thank the First Lady [of the United States, Melania Trump, and I thank everyone who took part in this event,” said Russian Humanitarian Ombudsman Yana Lantratova.
Z-war correspondent Vladimir Romanov claims that there are four times more buses carrying Oleshky residents evacuated to Ukraine than those carrying people who wish to go to Russia.
“Ukraine – 17 buses. Russia – 4 buses. They’ll probably show more of our buses on TV, but their windows will be tightly curtained. More details later,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
It was previously reported that the Ukrainian delegation, along with evacuated residents, left occupied Oleshky and was heading to Anapa.
“Those who wanted to leave for Ukraine were able to leave Oleshky.” The Ukrainian ombudsman confirmed the successful evacuation of residents of occupied Oleshky.
“At this point, those who wanted to leave for Ukraine have been able to leave Oleshky and are now on their way. The humanitarian aid has been delivered. The convoys have split – I’m heading to Ukraine. The ceasefire has been in effect for 87 hours now. No violations have been recorded. I thank our Ukrainian Defense Forces for making this humanitarian mission possible!” Lubinetswroteon Telegram.
He added that “the work continues in accordance with the agreements reached with the Russian Federation Human Rights Commissioner, Yana Lantratova, with the assistance and coordination of US First Lady Melania Trump.”
