As ASTRA found out, on September 9 in the city of Salair, Kemerovo region, two young men raped a ninth-grader. The girl’s mother told about it, demanding to open criminal case.
The rape case was indeed initiated, but already on September 12, one of the rapists, 18-year-old Artem Kochubeev, signed a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry and had already gone to war in Ukraine, ASTRA found out. The second young man was detained — he turned out to be 18-year-old Kirill Sikachev.
