Thermal power plant was attacked in Oryol the night of January 9-10, according to an analysis by ASTRA.

The regional authorities did not officially confirm this information, but Governor Andrey Klychkov wrote that “as a result of another enemy attack, the municipal infrastructure of the city of Orel was damaged.”
