As ASTRA wrote, on the night of February 11, residents of Volgograd reported a large number of explosions. According to the analysis of frames the Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka plant in the Krasnoarmeysky district of Volgograd at 55 40 let VLKSM Street was hit and caught fire.

Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka LLC is the largest oil refinery in the Volgograd Region and one of the key assets of PJSC Lukoil. The company annually processes more than 15 million tons of oil. According to ASTRA’s calculations, this was at least the ninth attack on this refinery during the entire time of the full-scale war. After the attack, the plant was suspended its work.
In addition to the refinery, drone debris was found on the night of February 11 at 4 more enterprises in Volgograd and the region, ASTRA sources in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation said. In all four cases, no damage is known.

Volzhskaya HPP plays an important role in ensuring the reliability of Russia’s Unified Energy System, as well as providing large-tonnage shipping, water supply, and irrigation of arid lands. It is operated by companies in the energy sector (a branch of PJSC RusHydro).
— JSC “Volzhsky Orgsintez”, Volzhsky. An industrial chemical enterprise in the field of basic chemical production (organic synthesis). Manufactures chemical reagents, compounds and materials for industry.
— EuroChem-VolgaKaliy LLC, Kotelnikovo. The company is engaged in the production of potash mineral and chemical fertilizers, including potassium concentrates, based on the development of the Gremyachinsky deposit of potash salts in the Volgograd region.
