Radio Liberty journalist Mark Krutov posted low-resolution satellite images of the Tuapse oil Refinery on Twitter after the April, 28 attack. They were taken at 13:18 local time. According to his analysis, the drones accurately hit the four largest reservoirs.
Earlier it was reported that water was turned off in more than 30 streets in Tuapse after the Ukrainian attack on the refinery, and the governor of Kuban arrived in the city.

Petroleum products were spilled along Koshkina Street from the Tuapse refinery to the 30th house, an OSINT analyst at ASTRA found from a video by eyewitnesses.
