Radio Liberty journalist Mark Krutov posted low-resolution satellite images of the Tuapse oil Refinery on Twitter after the April, 28 attack. They were taken at 13:18 local time. According to his analysis, the drones accurately hit the four largest reservoirs.
Earlier it was reported that water was turned off in more than 30 streets in Tuapse after the Ukrainian attack on the refinery, and the governor of Kuban arrived in the city.
Vladimir Putin instructed the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Alexander Kurenkov to go to Tuapse.
Petroleum products were spilled along Koshkina Street from the Tuapse refinery to the 30th house, an OSINT analyst at ASTRA found from a video by eyewitnesses. Apparently, the fuel leaked out of the huge dome tanks attacked on April 28, which are usually used for heavy fractions, for example, fuel oil.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed the spill of oil products on the road, but did not give a specific address. The department added that several cars were damaged.
