A medical student was detained in the Moscow region, who, according to security forces, set fire to a police car in the city of Elektrougli. As a result, the hood and dashboard of the police Lada were burned, there were no casualties. According to ASTRA’s source, a passerby noticed the burning car in the parking lot and the girl filming it on her phone, and immediately reported it to the department.

Later security forces detained 20-year-old Elena. She explained that she had committed the arson on the orders of scammers on WhatsApp, who offered to do it in exchange for the return of the money they stole from her.
