According to sources, the police offered a resident of the Bryansk region to sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russia. He stabbed a friend in the stomach with a knife — he refused. In Syktyvkar, a 46-year-old suspect in the theft of coffee and sweets from a local store agreed to go to Ukraine. In Ukhta, the 56-year-old who stole 2 cans of beef and a bottle of vodka also expressed a desire to fight as part of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Even women are offered to go to the “SMO”: for example, in the Nizhny Novgorod region, they advised a 50-year-old woman who stole food from a rural store that cost 3 thousand rubles to sign a contract in exchange for exemption from liability.
Earlier, the State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted the second and third readings at once, a bill on the termination of criminal prosecution of defendants if they sign a contract for military service.
