As ASTRA became aware, last week Moscow police officers noticed a suspicious man on the territory of the air defense complex located in Salarievo. It turned out to be a 26-year-old Moscow State University student from China. According to sources, he came to Russia three weeks ago.
The student did not speak Russian, so he explained to the security forces with gestures that he only wanted to explore the surrounding area.
As a result, the man was taken to the police station for further proceedings.
Earlier, The Insider reported that at the Salarievo neighborhood appeared: an anti-aircraft missile, cannon complex “Pantsir-S1”, additional cabins for the military, fuel cans and, presumably, ammunition.
