Since September, relatives have complained three times about the military for beatings and arson at home.

As ASTRA found out, Vladimir Moksheev, a 26-year-old serviceman of military unit 90600, was detained in the village of Shchebzavod in the Kemerovo region (pictured). A criminal case of murder has been opened against him.
On December 22, Vladimir was drinking at home with his friend Ivan Ravodin. At some point, the men quarreled and Vladimir stabbed Ivan. He died on the spot. Moksheev told the investigators about it himself, he wrote a confession.
At the time of the murder, the serviceman’s wife and their three young children, 7-year-old and 5-year-old sons and a 2-year-old daughter, were in the house. All the children were placed in an orphanage and a rehabilitation center after the murder.
Moksheev was previously convicted of intentionally causing minor harm to health, threatening to kill and having sexual intercourse with a child. Vladimir returned from the war with Ukraine after being wounded in September 2024, ASTRA found out. After his return, the soldier’s relatives complained to the police at least three times about his behavior. One day, he set fire to the house. Now the man is detained.
