Russian-speaking TikTokers from Germany were reported to the police for inciting hatred against Ukrainians and Jews

Yakov Naipak, blogger and political refugee from Russia, told ASTRA that he contacted the German police with a complaint about personal insults received from a Russian-speaking far-right TikToker and a supporter of the “Alternative for Germany” party under the pseudonym “Sanya Nemets”.

“I am a German, I live in my historical homeland, and you, as a Jew, are in Germany. Do you feel the difference?” said Sanya Nemets during one of the live broadcasts.

After the conversation, he posted manipulative videos in his Sasha Nemetz group with Naipak’s remarks taken out of context. In the caption to the video, he wrote: “Nonsense is talking about peremoga [victory]!!! Unfortunately, the sound was lost on TikTok, and it wasn’t possible to record everything!!!”

In addition, the group posted callings for raising funds to support Russia, which, according to Naipak, could mean funding the Russian army. He’s raising money for bandages, generators, warm clothes, and groceries to be shipped to the war zone.

According to Naipak, the German is part of a group of Russian-speaking supporters of the “Alternative for Germany” party, who regularly spread calls for violence against Ukrainians and support Putin’s aggressive war. The activist has already filed police reports on many of them.

In total, if the police consider the allegations, the far-right tikoker group faces punishment under five articles: incitement of hostility (Volksverhetzung), threat (Bedrohung), insult (Beleidigung), public incitement to crime (Öffentliche Aufforderung zu Straftaten), as well as encouragement and approval of crimes (financial support for Russian aggression).

Yakov Naipak himself was born in Ukraine, after that he lived in Belgorod, and then moved to Germany.
