Mikhail Petukhov, a teacher and karate coach, was detained in Krasnoyarsk, ASTRA found out. He is suspected of abusing his stepdaughter. According to the girl, Petukhov began harassing her when she turned 10 years old. He touched her, forced her to watch pornography and please him. Two years later, he started having sex with a child.
A criminal case has been opened under articles on violent acts of a sexual nature, sexual intercourse with a minor, as well as indecent acts (part 4 of Article 132, part 3 of Article 134, part 2 of Article 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
As ASTRA found out, the Krasnoyarsk security forces offered Petukhov to sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in order to avoid punishment, and he agreed.
Previously, the children’s coach was convicted of using forged documents to receive payments. As ASTRA found out, Petukhov worked as a coach at two schools at once (Lyceum No. 11 and MAOU Secondary School No. 55). He is also listed as the “branch chief” of the Kyokushin Budokai Karate Federation in Krasnoyarsk.
