The Ukrainian Armed Forces also struck the Kafa electrical substation.

Last night, drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine again attacked the oil depot of JSC Marine Oil Terminal in Feodosia in the annexed Crimea, ASTRA sources in the Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed.
As a result of the attack, 11 tanks were damaged, 8 of them with diesel fuel (volumes of 5 and 10 thousand cubic meters) and two tanks with gasoline. Another one was empty.
About 830 people were evacuated from the danger zone, they were placed in a temporary shelter, some went to relatives. The authorities have blocked traffic on 92 km of Vladislavovka—Feodosia road.
Before that, the oil depot was attacked on the night of October 6th, after which it burned for at least four days. As a result, two tanks with crude oil and diesel fuel burst into flames. According to ASTRA sources, on October 10, the drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to attack Feodosia again — at that time, the extinguishing of the tanks was still ongoing — the downed UAV damaged the fire hoses.
Also that night in Feodosia, 20 drones attacked the Kafa electrical substation in the village of Near. As a result of the attack, a transformer caught fire, and the administrative building was damaged.
The oil depot in Feodosia was repeatedly attacked by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in November and December 2023 of the year, in March and in October 2024 – in the latter case, due to a fire in the city, the Emergency mode was implemented. On September 29, an incident occurred at an oil depot in Feodosia. There was a fire, but the “authorities” said it was not related to the drone attack.
