The moment of the drone attack on Makhachkala on the morning of October 22 was captured on video by eyewitnesses. ASTRA analyzed the footage and came to the conclusion that the drone in the video hits the territory of the Dagnotech LLC oil refinery (Dagestan New Technologies). The footage was shot from a distance of about 3 kilometers from the factory, determines OSINT analyst ASTRA.

Residents of Makhachkala reported about explosions and shooting in the city. The head of the region confirmed that Dagestan was attacked by drones, their target was one of the enterprises, “there were no casualties and no damage.”

As previously reported, the court transferred to the ownership of the state the Dagnotech oil refinery and the Dagnefteprodukt oil transshipment company, which belonged to the family of Magomed-Sultan Magomedov, the former Secretary of State of Dagestan.
