Video appeared with a fire at the Ryazan refinery after the night attack. ASTRA geolocated the footage. This is at least the 8th attack on the oil refinery in Ryazan since the beginning of 2025, ASTRA estimates.

On the night of November 20, residents of Ryazan reported about the explosions. The fire after the attack was captured on video. According to the analysis of ASTRA, the footage was shot in the area of Bystretskaya Street. The Ryazan oil refinery came under attack. The distance from the filming location to the factory is about 7 kilometers. The Governor confirmed that a fire broke out at one of the enterprises after the attack, but did not name which one.

Since the beginning of 2025, this is at least the 8th attack on the Ryazan refinery, ASTRA calculated based on its own exclusive data, OSINT analyses and statements by the Russian and Ukrainian authorities. So, this year the refinery in Ryazan was attacked:
