Windows and parked cars were damaged near an apartment building 3.5 kilometers from the Dagdiesel defense plant.
On the morning of December 1, residents of Kaspiysk reported explosions. The head of Dagestan said that the UAV attack had been prevented. A child was injured. She received a slight non-penetrating chest wound, her life is not in danger.




According to ASTRA’s analysis of eyewitness footage, windows in a residential high-rise building at 1 Molodezhnaya Street were damaged. Cars were also damaged in the parking lot. There is a kindergarten in the courtyard of the apartment building. Earlier, local media reported that the Dagdiesel plant was located near the attacked site. However, according to calculations by ASTRA, it is about 3.5 kilometers in a straight line from the building to the factory.
The head of Dagestan, Sergei Melikov, confirmed the drone attack on Kaspiysk
“An attack by enemy drones was prevented in our republic today. The air targets were shot down over the territory of Kaspiysk,” Melikov wrote in a telegram.
