Drones attacked Grozny City business Center, which houses Chechen Security Council, Accounting Chamber and election commission

According to ASTRA’s analysis of eyewitness footage, in Grozny, according to residents, the building of the Grozny City complex at 3/25 Kadyrov Avenue was damaged as a result of the UAV attack. According to the 2GIS service, the offices of the Chechen Security Council, the Commissioner for Human Rights, the Accounting Chamber, the election commission and other departments are located in this building.

Ramzan Kadyrov commented on the attack of Ukrainian UAVs on Grozny City and promised a personal “gift” to the enemy.

He said that at a meeting of the Chechen government, the topic of a Ukrainian UAV attack on one of the buildings of the Grozny City high-rise complex was raised.

“Such actions are nothing more than attempts to intimidate the civilian population and create the illusion of pressure. Those who are unable to succeed on the battlefield are trying to compensate for their own weakness by hitting civilian targets. An attack on a high—rise building is a clear indicator of impotence. For us, the most important thing is that no one was injured. On my own behalf, I promise that the answer from our side will not take long to wait. The opponent will receive my personal “gift” for him soon. Well, we will restore the building quickly,” the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, wrote on the TG channel.
