According to the 2GIS service, the offices of the Chechen Security Council, the Commissioner for Human Rights, the Accounting Chamber, the election commission and other departments are located in this building.

Ramzan Kadyrov commented on the attack of Ukrainian UAVs on Grozny City and promised a personal “gift” to the enemy.
