Residents of occupied Mariupol and Berdyansk, who were engaged in construction work at the water pumping station, recorded a video message to the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Bastrykin, in which they complained that they had not been paid salaries for six months. According to them, there are several dozen victims, and the debt owed to each employee amounts to several hundred thousand rubles.
Residents of the occupied cities call the infrastructure and construction enterprise JSC “GC “EX”, registered in Yaroslavl, and LLC “First Service Company” from St. Petersburg, their actual employers.
“The theft of funds intended to pay salaries to us and other employees was originally planned by Dmitry Doroshenko, which we are fully confident of and which is confirmed by the refusal of these individuals to formalize part of the builders. Stanislav Vinnitsky began to threaten us with physical violence in response to legitimate demands to pay us our salaries,” the appeal to Bastrykin says.
In addition, the workers claim that “tens of millions of rubles intended for the purchase of equipment” were stolen during the overhaul. Because of this, the water pumping station is still operating with constant accidents and water supply shutdowns, which affects residents of Berdyansk and nearby settlements.
“Alexander Ivanovich, we ask for your direct intervention. We ask you to instruct Berdyansk CO to initiate criminal proceedings and bring to criminal responsibility Dmitry Doroshenko, Alexey Kurnosov and Stanislav Vinnitsky for the crimes committed on mass non-payment of wages and embezzlement of funds on an especially large scale intended for the purchase of equipment,” the workers conclude the appeal.
Earlier, employees of the agricultural enterprise “Voynikov and Co.” in the occupied Berdyansk region complained to Putin to seize their warehouses, equipment and crops.
