Local residents report an attack on the Empils plant. According to preliminary data, oil tanks caught fire.
Empils is one of the key chemical and paint factories in the south of Russia.
There is no official confirmation of this information, however, the governor of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar, reported a fire as a result of an attack “on one of the industrial facilities in the western part of the city.”
Later, he clarified that “due to the UAV attack, the buildings of industrial and warehouse enterprises in the western industrial zone of Rostov caught fire at night.”
