According to ASTRA, Konstantin A., who was previously convicted, was detained in Krasnoyarsk on January 29 (full details are not disclosed for the safety of the victim of the crime, — editor’s note). The man is suspected of raping his own 64-year-old mother. On the same day, as ASTRA found out, the pensioner was hospitalized with injuries after being attacked and abused by her son.

After his detention, the security forces offered Konstantin to sign a contract and go to war in Ukraine to avoid punishment. The man has already given his consent, an ASTRA source familiar with his family said, and also confirmed a source practicing law in the region.
Konstantin was recently released from prison. Judging by the databases merged into the network, which ASTRA studied, the man on April 20, 2012, abused and killed a woman, for which he was sentenced to 13 years and 8 months.
