Emil Zhenishbekov, a 28-year-old conscript from Kyrgyzstan, who has been suing the Ministry of Defense for more than a year over a forged contract, was transferred to military unit No. 78568 in the city of Yurga, Kemerovo region. From there, they promise to send him through Rostov to the war in Ukraine, and immediately on a combat mission. He informed the ASTRA correspondent about this.
“The command put me on the list of malicious violators of discipline. Ordinary military units refused to accept me, for example Chebarkul. As a result, I was assigned a special procedure to perform combat missions as a problematic serviceman. I was enrolled in military unit 78568. People with criminal records and addictions have been gathered here, and they are preparing to be sent to the front line. They say they want to get rid of me as soon as possible to avoid further problems,” the young man said.
According to him, he refused to move from Abakan, but he was forced to go to the Kemerovo region under batons. Zhenishbekov says that he does not have any documents with him now, and the command has classified him as a violator, seconded him for a combat mission.
“I am being held as a problematic contractor and urgently sent to the free zone. I am in a penal company with criminals and drug addicts, preparing to be sent to the ribbon,” the young man claims.
According to him, some of the other military personnel are kept in rooms with cages of the military unit. Today, 10 people from Zhenishbekov’s room were sent by special board to war, 60 people were sent in total during the day.
“They haven’t said when the next shipment will be, maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow,” says the conscript, whose service ended on April 8.
The young man pre-recorded a video message in case of his disappearance, in which he blamed the command of military unit 98552 Abakan and Major General of the Central Military District Alexei Kudryashkin. Zhenishbekov is not in touch now.
Zhenishbekov was called up for military service in April 2025 and was sent to unit 98552 in Abakan. A week after arriving, the platoon commander suggested that those with a driver’s license switch to the driver’s position. The conscript agreed, after which he was taken to the headquarters and forced to write a report — as he believed, for transfer. A month later, he learned from one of the officers that he was registered as a contract employee, although, according to him, he had not signed any contracts.
An independent handwriting examination confirmed that the signature under the contract did not belong to him, but the court recognized the document as authentic, based on the testimony of the command. The relatives filed an application for falsification.
On September 8, the command announced that it was sending Zhenishbekov to another motorized rifle unit by train. At that time, it was not known where the conscript would be sent.
